There are 3 companies in each Theatrecraft group, with a maxmimum of 15 children in each company. The companies are grouped roughly by age as follows:-

Company A: Ages 6 - 8	Company B: Ages 9 - 12	Company C: Ages 13+

The age range is not set in stone and always depends on the overall age range of the children attending the school. Ability and maturity are also a factor in the grouping - we don't want anyone getting bored!!

Generally, each company will spend time with the director, choreographer and musical director every week, but this will vary according to the needs of the production. There will also be a shared time at the end of each session for showing work in progress and/or working on whole school scenes. Feedback and showing work in progress is an important part of Theatrecraft.

Children will be encouraged during the sessions to perform both individually and as part of a group, and positive group feedback will be used to boost skill and confidence.
